What makes life worth living? For many of us, it is living in alignment with the values and
beliefs that give our lives meaning. When we lose touch with that alignment, we may begin to
feel lost, confused, or disconnected not only from others, but from ourselves.
Rae is passionate about helping people move beyond self-doubt, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a deeper connection with the world around them. Her goal is to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and the underlying forces driving your thoughts and actions. By exploring the beliefs, experiences, and values that shape your identity, she guides you in discovering whether your current life truly reflects your authentic self.
Neuroscience and evidence-based interventions guide how Rae conducts therapy. The body,
brain, and spirit are intricately connected. In sessions, Rae prioritizes understanding how your
unique life experiences have been stored both physically and emotionally. Rae integrates
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavior
Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Art Interventions,
and Eastern Meditative Practices to achieve meaningful and long-lasting growth with clients.
Rae’s specializations include trauma, OCD, anxiety disorders, relationship issues for
adolescents, adults, and couples. Rae is deeply committed to creating a space where you feel
seen, heard, and understood. She hopes to help you develop the tools and confidence to navigate
life’s challenges and better manage its inevitable ups and downs. If you’re interested in working
together, please fill out a contact form on our website. Rae looks forward to meeting and
connecting with you soon!
